Tenant Responsibilities
At LASTRA Property Group, we are committed to ensuring a positive and professional tenancy experience. As part of that commitment, it is essential for every tenant to understand their responsibilities throughout the duration of their tenancy.
Tenant Responsibility Handbook

Access for Repairs:

As a tenant, it is your responsibility to:
To support a seamless move-out experience, LASTRA Property Group will provide full guidance, including inspection times and any necessary documentation.
